I suppose I should tell you my story since I said that I would.
I’m not any different than many of you. I struggled with my weight for most of my adult life. After I had children I even blamed it on baby weight. That’s pretty hard to do when you’ve got teenagers standing next to you!
My whole family is “large”. Nice word for FAT huh? I guess I thought that it was my destiny. I didn’t really see anything changing for me either. Heck, I work full time and take care of my family too. How was I going to fit in any time for me?

I just never thought it would happen. I’m too lazy. Hey, I’m just being honest. I would much rather eat whatever the heck I want and not have to do a thing, but that was not my reality.
